These terms govern your use of Rogue Suits, a card strategy game provided by Kadri Games.
1. Entertainment only
Rogue Suits is a fictional game of strategy and chance. In-game money, rewards, odds, wagers, and cash-out amounts have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or property.
2. Licence to use the App
Kadri Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private entertainment in accordance with these terms and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Saved data and availability
Progress and settings may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any device backups. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee that local progress can always be recovered.
5. Intellectual property
Rogue Suits, its interface, software, text, artwork, audio, characters, and other content are owned by Kadri Games or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of local saved data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadri Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update the App or these terms. The current terms and effective date will remain available on this page.
